Privacy Policy for VA-and-IT company

VA-and-IT is committed to protecting the privacy rights of all persons with whom it interacts.

VA-and-IT is dedicated to providing you with a compelling service to help you make the most of your time on the internet.

We recognize we need to earn your trust and firmly believe you should know exactly what personally-identifying information we collect and how we are going to use it before you share it with us.

Basic Statement

Personally-identifying information you provide to VA-and-IT will not be made available to third parties outside VA-and-IT without your explicit permission.

Your Personal Contact Information Will Not Be Exchanged or Sold to Any Other Business or Vendor

What is “Personally-Identifying Information”?

"Personally-Identifying Information" is the information explicitly used to identify and/or contact you as an individual. For example, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, and more. Personal information is considered information that is (1) recorded in any form; (2) is about or pertains to a specific individual; and (3) can be linked to that individual.

Any information that, by itself, cannot be explicitly linked with your “real” identity is not considered personally identifying. This could be a favorite or bookmarked website or your personal preferences regarding how you want to see a given page or site set up based on the selections you choose.

Sometimes VA-and-IT may ask you for your personal information, such as your name and email address. This typically happens when you use our online forms. VA-and-IT needs to collect your information for tracking/verifying compliance with VA-and-IT.

Email Us

When you send us an email, we will use your name and email address only to respond to the concerns you write to us about. Your email may be shared with appropriate people within or outside the organization to help us respond to your concerns and improve VA-and-IT.

IT Programs Related Data

VA-and-IT does not develop programs for the purpose of collecting data from anyone.

VA-and-IT develops IT programs on Google using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Data Studio, and sometimes other Google applications to fulfill the purposes of its clients and not to collect or use any type of data from them.

Personally-identifying information you provide to VA-and-IT will not be made available to third parties outside VA-and-IT without your explicit permission.

VA-and-IT only creates a copy (template) of a program on its Google Drive (using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, and other Google Apps) for its clients, and then clients take their own copies of the program, which VA-and-IT might or might not have access to.

In the case VA-and-IT has access to the personal data of its clients, it is only for the purpose of future development of programs (as VA-and-IT has both short-term and long-term clients) and this personal information is not made available to third parties outside VA-and-IT without your explicit permission.

Programs that VA-and-IT develops for clients in Google Apps are not shared with any email addresses outside VA-and-IT or clients' email addresses.

VA-and-IT stores data related to clients’ tasks only on Google Drive and in Google Apps.
